AAA Cards Challenge #190

Welcome again to AAA cards Challenge # 190 where they are celebrating their 7th Blog Birthday.

this time I have used "Sunny Studio" stamps who are also one of the sponsors.

The Monkey, Wood, Banana, and sentiment are from two different sets of stamps from Sunny Studio which I have colored using Craftangles Liquid Watercolor and adhered to Craftangles Cardstock.

I hope you like my card and thanks for visiting my page.

AAA Cards Challenge #190 - 7th Birthday Blog Hop

Welcome Everyone,Welcome to the AAA cards Challenge #190 where they are celebrating the 7th Blog BirthDay.

Inspired by their DT member Melissa, I have also used the 7 colors of the Rainbow representing the 7th Birthday

It's a pretty simple card where the Background is colored using Distress Inks(Blue and Green). My twist here is the number "7" in different font and sizes using a stencil from my stash.

I have cut a circle and colored them using Brustro Aquarelle Brush pens and adhered with another cloud die-cut to the Cardstock from Craftangles.

I hope you like my card, Thank you for visiting my Page.

Welcome to the world of Cardmaking

I have a post on "Welcome to the world of Cardmaking" on my IG handle as I received a couple of DMs where I was asked to teach how to make professional-looking cards.

Below I have collated all the links from where I have purchased the materials I use for Cardmaking

Materials I use and Purchased from

1. Cardstocks -

I use 300 or 270 gsm for Cardmaking, there are many national and international brands that sell this cardstock for cardmaking and Scrapbooking.

I have only used National brands till now, - from Craftangles, Dressmycraft, and CraftersEmporio because they are easily available and as a beginner, they are pocket friendly.

        # Craftangles

        # DressMyCraft

        # CraftersEmporio

2. Silicon(clear) Stamps

I have mostly used National Brand Stamps - Itsy-Bitsy, Craftangles, and few international ones I grabbed in the sale from thecraftshop.in and Crafterscorner.in

            # ItsyBitsy

            #Craftangles

#mudra brand stamps - I bought them from hndmd, I guess they are available at craftercorner and thecraftshop websites too...and they have their own website too.

International Brands I bought in Sale from

            # thecraftshop

            #crafterscorner

3. Stencils

I have stencils only from Indian Brands - Craftangles, Itsy Bitsy, iCraft, Craftreat, The element Craft studio and DressMycraft.
Stencils I use them making the background (like stripes, dots, any pattern)

            # Craftangles

                    # The element craft Studio

            # Itsy Bitsy

            # iCraft

            # Craftreat

4. Archival and Distress Inks (DI)

Archival Inks I use with the stamps. I have only used "Ranger's Archival Inks" as they are Permanent and Waterproof. There are many other famous Indian brands like TubbyCrafts, ItsyBitsy, Mudra...However no personal experience

DI are dye ink pads which we apply using BB. I use DI to make backgrounds(like sky, or mix of colors in the background) and also with the stencils.

And I found Makeup Blending Brushes from Amazon as the most comfortable brushes to work with DI

Since I bought them 2-3 years back, so I do not remember them. However, the "Rangers" brand comes in Mini sizes too, so I have bought them, and they are available in

            # craferscorner - Archival Ink and Distress Ink

            # hndmd - Archival Inks  and Distress Inks

            # Itsy-Bitsy - Archival Inks and distress ink

5. Blending brushes (BB) I have bought from Amazon - something similar to these.

6. Watercolors I use are from  Craftangles

To color the Stamped images we need some medium and I like working with Watercolors. Again I use Craftangles Liquid Watercolors...however any high pigmented watercolors will work. Many experts work with Alcohol Pens, but they are expensive.

Also, you can choose the color medium you like.

7. Scissor I have is from - Tim Holtz Non-Stick Snip Micro Serrated Scissors 7 inches - and I bought them from USA

You can use any sharp tip scissor.

Tacky and Foam tape -I have bought them from hndmd , they are available in most of the craft store.

Above mentioned links are the ones where I have purchased them, these links are not affiliated and I am sharing them as Many of my IG Friends and followers asked me for the details.
Also what I have listed are completely based on my experience, once you start the Cardmaking Journey you will understand what you like and what you are comfortable with.

With Love,
